Terms of Service

Welcome to Denmin.co, where we provide creative and professional graphic design and photography services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. Service Scope
Denmin.co offers a comprehensive range of creative services, including:

Graphic Design: Custom designs for branding, marketing collateral, social media, and more.

Photography: On-site and digital photography services, from corporate headshots and event coverage to specialised shoots.

Social Media Management: End-to-end social media content creation and strategy to boost your online presence.

Website Design: Custom-built websites using Wix, along with ongoing maintenance and updates to keep your site secure and optimised.
Each service is tailored to meet your business needs and delivered on a monthly or project basis, as agreed upon during the booking process.

2. Booking & Service Delivery

Booking Process: Clients can book services directly through our online booking platform. For photography sessions, you will select your preferred date, time, and location. For ongoing services such as graphic design, social media, and website support, you will complete a brief outlining your requirements.

Project Initiation: Once your booking is confirmed and any required deposit is received, we will schedule a kick-off consultation to discuss your needs, objectives, and timelines.

Delivery: Deliverables vary by service. For example, photography sessions provide professionally edited digital images, while website projects include design, revisions, and training or support as agreed upon.
3. Payment Terms

Billing Cycle: All services are billed on a monthly basis. Payment is due at the beginning of each service period.

Currency: All payments are accepted in South African Rand (ZAR) for South African clients and British Pounds (GBP) for UK clients.

Late Payments: Payments are due within 7 days of the invoice date. A late fee of 5% per month will be applied to overdue payments.

Additional Costs: Clients will be billed separately for any additional costs incurred, such as travel expenses, printing, and third-party service fees (e.g., stock images, video footage).
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a successful partnership, clients must provide:

Brand Assets: Logos, color palettes, fonts, imagery, and other relevant materials required for design and photography.

Clear Instructions: Detailed descriptions of the project, including design preferences, photography goals, and any deadlines.

Timely Approvals: Design drafts and photography proofs will be submitted to clients for approval. A delay in feedback may affect project timelines.
5. Revisions
Revisions will be based on each service and tier promoted, and differ per social media, graphic design, photography and website service tiers. For example:​

Tier 1: Up to 2 revisions per design request.

Tier 2: Up to 4 revisions per design request.

Tier 3: Unlimited revisions for design requests.

Photography: Clients are allowed up to 2 rounds of edits per photo. Additional edits will be charged at an hourly rate of R250 / £12.50.
6. Ownership and Rights

Design Ownership: Upon full payment for services rendered, all design work will be transferred to the client. Until full payment is made, all designs remain the property of Denmin.co.

Photography Ownership: Upon full payment, clients are granted ownership of all final photographs. Denmin.co retains the right to use the images for promotional purposes on our website, portfolio, or social media unless explicitly requested otherwise.
7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by Client: Clients can cancel their subscription or project at any time with 30 days' notice. Any unused hours will be forfeited, and no refunds will be provided.

Cancellation by Denmin.co: Denmin.co reserves the right to cancel services if the client violates any terms of this agreement or if payments are not made as agreed.
8. Communication Policy
To ensure efficient and effective collaboration, Denmin.co has established the following communication guidelines:
8.1 Primary Communication Channels:

All project-related communication should be conducted via email or the designated project management platform (if applicable).

For urgent matters, clients can use WhatsApp or a pre-agreed messaging platform during business hours.

8.2 Business Hours:

Denmin.co operates Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 (SAST/GMT).

Messages or emails sent outside of these hours will be addressed during the next business day.

8.3 Phone Calls:

Scheduled calls are encouraged for detailed discussions and will be booked in advance.

Unscheduled calls should be limited to urgent matters and kept within business hours.

8.4 Response Times:

Denmin.co commits to responding to all inquiries and updates within 24 hours during business days.

For larger projects or tasks requiring additional input, timelines will be communicated clearly in advance.

8.5 Avoiding Over Communication:

To streamline workflow and prevent delays, clients are requested to consolidate their feedback, questions, or updates into a single email or message rather than multiple communications throughout the day.

8.6 Boundaries:

Repeated or excessive unscheduled calls/messages (e.g., more than 3 per day without prior agreement) may result in delays to the project timeline.

9. Confidentiality
Denmin.co agrees to keep all client information, designs, and photographs confidential and will not disclose any materials to third parties without the client’s prior consent, except as required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
Denmin.co is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the design or photography services. The maximum liability will be limited to the amount paid for the services.
11. Changes to Terms
Denmin.co reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of services will imply acceptance of the revised terms.​
